Anything Can Happen

We are thrilled to announce our 79th season, where anything can happen. Each production in this year’s lineup celebrates the idea that magic isn’t only found in faraway lands but often appears right where we least expect it.

Our season begins with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, where a single golden ticket opens the door to a world of pure imagination and endless possibility. Next comes Holes, a story that reminds us how friendship, resilience, and a touch of mystery can transform even the harshest circumstances into something deeply life-affirming. Alongside it, we are delighted for the return of our Theatre for the Very Young production of Wake Up, Brother Bear!, a gentle and engaging introduction to live theatre that invites our youngest audiences to experience storytelling filled with warmth, curiosity, and a touch of wonder. We then turn to the unpredictable adventures of growing up with Junie B.’s Essential Guide to Surviving School Jr., a joyful exploration of learning, laughter, and self-discovery.

In the spring, we experience the wonder of Mary Poppins, where magic arrives just when it’s needed most. From there, we journey to a whole new world in Disney’s Aladdin Jr., where courage and determination prove that it’s possible to change your destiny. Finally, we close the season with Hadestown: Teen Edition, traveling to the underworld and back again to discover that even in our darkest moments, hope can still take root.

Together, these stories capture the spirit of our season: life is full of surprises, and the future is unwritten. We hope you’ll join us as we uncover hidden treasures, chase impossible wishes, and embrace a little everyday magic. After all, when we open ourselves to new possibilities, truly, anything can happen.
