SAFETY

San Diego Junior Theatre values a safe learning environment and works hard to maintain a high standard of safety for our students and employees.

Live Scan (fingerprinting) is a pre-requisite for all Junior Theatre employees. Teaching artists and guest professionals must also show proof of their completed California State Mandated Reporter training prior to the first day of employment. Regular professional development seminars are scheduled annually with teaching artists.

DIVERSITY

San Diego Junior Theatre aims to create and sustain a community of inclusion, where everyone feels safe, welcomed and represented, regardless of race, ethnic origin, gender identity or expression, orientation, and disability.
