School may be out but theatre is in! Elementary students are welcome to join us for four fun-filled days rotating through classes in drama, music, dance and a specialty subject. Whether your child is used to the spotlight or new to the stage, our Spring Break camps have something for everyone!

Grades 1-8

Session 4: July 8-12

Channel your team spirit and leave it all on the stage as we celebrate the camaraderie of sports! Condition your actor’s tools (body, voice and imagination) while collaborating with your teammates to sing, dance, and act out sports-inspired stories. Your next performance is guaranteed to be a home run!

Session 8: Tech Camp

with Various Instructors

Session 8: August 5-9

What happens backstage is just as important as what happens on stage! Students will get hands-on experience learning about the many elements of technical theatre that help bring a story to life. Working with professional designers and technicians, students will gain exposure to lighting, sound, scenic and prop design. A great choice for teens with an interest in backstage work and fully rounding out their theatrical experience!

Session 2 Performance Camp: Class Act

Session 2: June 17-21 (No camp on 6/19)

School's out, but the stage is set for a week of creativity and fun at Junior Theatre! Gather your school pals and study popular stories like Matilda, The Prom, High School Musical, School of Rock and many more. Act, sing and dance your way to the top of the class!

Grades 4-6

Session 7: July 29-August 2

Put pen to page and present your original stories on stage! Collaborate with your Teaching Artist and classmates to write and perform in an original play. Through collaborative brainstorming and writing sessions and rehearsals, delve into the exciting process of creating characters, developing plots and crafting dialogue. Harness your storytelling skills and perform your group’s one-of-a-kind creation for an audience on the final day of camp.
