Tom Crews has over 30 years of experience as an investment banker, entrepreneur, and corporate executive of energy technology and healthcare technology companies. As an investment banker, he has completed a wide range of sell-side M&A transactions, and venture capital and private equity financings for growth-stage technology companies. Mr. Crews is the Managing Director of England & Company. Previously, Mr. Crews was Managing Director and head of the energy tech practice group at Bowen Advisors. Previously, Mr. Crews was the CEO of three venture capital funded companies, SynergEyes, Envenergy and Pentech Solutions. Mr. Crews earned his BA from Capital University and his MBA and JD from the Ohio State University.
