Jill attended her first Junior Theatre play when she was 6 years old and she knew right away that someday she wanted to be involved with the organization. She is proud to have been involved with Junior Theatre from the late 1970’s until 1982. First crew position: Spot Light for “Bye Bye Birdie.” First on-stage appearance: Cherry Laurel in “12 Dancing Princesses.” Other shows: How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying, Babes in Toyland, Mary Poppins, No No Nanette, Cheaper by the Dozen, Anything Goes, I Sincerely Doubt that this Old House is Really Haunted and Grease. It was a television production class at Junior Theatre that introduced Jill to the magic of “the little screen” and since that time she has gone on to graduate from San Diego State University with a degree in Broadcast Management. Now celebrating more than 20 years in the television industry, she is Director of Research for FOX Television’s local stations, FOX11 and My13 in Los Angeles. Jill lives in Redondo Beach with her husband and son.
