What are the Box Office hours?
The Box Office will be open Tuesday through Friday from 12pm-6pm. During performance, the Box Office will be open until 7pm on Fridays and from 10pm-2pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Where is the Box Office located?
San Diego Junior Theatre’s Box Office is located in the Casa del Prado Theatre, 1600 Village Place, Balboa Park, San Diego, CA 92101 — at the corner of Village Place and Old Globe Way in Balboa Park, San Diego.

From I-5 South take the 10th Avenue exit, turn left on A Street. Left on Park Blvd. Proceed North on Park, passing the Space Theatre and turn left at the stoplight on Village Place.

From 163 South take the Park Blvd. Exit and continue with the directions above.

From I-5 North take 163 North to the Richmond Street exit. Right onto Upas. Right on Park Blvd and right onto Village Place.

Box Office Policies

Do you take credit cards?
Box Office accepts Visa and MasterCard charge cards. All charge card orders via phone are subject to a $2.00 per order charge.

Will Call
All phone-ordered tickets will be held at Will Call at the Box Office. We suggest arriving in plenty of time to find parking.

Ticket Exchange / Replacement
Once tickets are purchased, there are no refunds given. Subscribers may exchange or replace tickets at no charge prior to the ticket(s) performance date. Non-subscribers may exchange tickets for a $2 fee per order. Ticket exchanges may be made in person at the Box Office or by telephone prior to the original performance date. Subscribers, if you miss your performance date, your tickets will be honored for another date on a stand-by basis.
